Hours-per-feature is not a metric.
We track outcomes — release velocity, defect rate, customer outcomes — not seat-hours.

Modular monolith first. We split into services when the load actually requires it, not because it looks impressive.

Colombia is at GMT-5 year-round — the same hours as US Eastern in winter, one hour offset in summer. Full overlap with US Pacific from 11 AM onward. We meet, code review and ship during your working hours, not after them.
