AI agents and automation for Arizona companies, built remotely on Arizona time.

We work with companies across Arizona on AI agents, AI workflow automation and AI integration. Cloudsoft Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We serve clients worldwide; our engineering team works from Colombia (UTC-5). We have no Arizona office and no on-site staff, so this page is plain about how remote delivery works with a state that never changes its clocks, what contract-driven compliance looks like for chip makers and aerospace suppliers and where the manual work tends to hide.

Who we work with in Arizona

Arizona's economy has grown around the Phoenix metropolitan area and a handful of university towns, and the AI work differs between them. Phoenix and Mesa host semiconductor suppliers, logistics operators and a large base of healthcare systems. Chandler, Tempe and the East Valley lean toward chip fabrication, equipment suppliers and engineering services. Scottsdale mixes real-estate brokerages, wealth and financial firms, hospitality groups and a busy medical sector. Tucson is anchored by aerospace and defense suppliers, optics and a university research community. Throughout the state, a steady stream of new homes, commercial buildings and rental properties keeps real-estate and construction paperwork moving, and trucks running between the ports of the Southwest and the Phoenix distribution belt keep logistics busy. The AI work we scope usually starts in one of five industries.

  • Semiconductors: supplier-quality documents, equipment service tickets, specification and procedure search, purchase-order and invoice matching.
  • Healthcare: referral and intake handling, scheduling follow-up, benefits and policy questions, administrative documentation with human review.
  • Real estate: listing and lease abstraction, tenant request triage, transaction checklists, vendor and invoice handling.
  • Aerospace: supplier certificates, configuration and change-notice tracking, technical-library search, nonconformance paperwork.
  • Logistics: freight-exception handling, bill-of-lading extraction, driver and carrier communication, warehouse inquiry triage.

What we build for Arizona teams

Three solutions cover most of the requests we get from Arizona, and each has its own page with examples for the state's industries. AI agents read a request, choose a next step, use your tools and hand over to a person at the right moment; they start at $18,000. AI workflow automation converts a repeated, rules-heavy process into a monitored workflow, from $8,000 per workflow. AI integration and RAG lets a language model answer from your own documents, databases and systems, with permissions respected, from $15,000. Before committing to any of them we usually run the AI Readiness Sprint at $4,500, which ranks possible projects and tells you honestly which to skip. Our guides on buying versus building an agent and on platforms versus custom code are a good starting point if you are still comparing options.

  • AI agents for Arizona businesses: from $18,000.
  • AI workflow automation for Arizona teams: from $8,000 per workflow.
  • AI integration and RAG for Arizona companies: from $15,000.
  • AI Readiness Sprint: $4,500. AgentOps after launch: $1,500/month.

Working hours: Arizona and Colombia

Most of Arizona stays on Mountain Standard Time all year and skips daylight saving, and Colombia also never changes its clocks, at UTC-5. That makes the gap constant: Colombia is always 2 hours ahead of Arizona, in January and in July. A 9:00 a.m. Phoenix standup is 11:00 a.m. in Colombia, every day of the year. There is no season when the offset moves, so recurring meetings never have to be rescheduled twice a year, which is a quiet advantage for planning. Working days overlap from early in your morning until late afternoon in Colombia, and questions you raise near the end of your day are picked up when ours starts. We schedule remote delivery on your business hours and agree a communication rhythm in the first week.

Data and compliance context in Arizona

In Arizona, the strictest data expectations usually come from your customers and contracts rather than from a single state statute. Aerospace and defense suppliers often carry export-control and controlled-information obligations that flow down from prime contractors, semiconductor companies protect process know-how under tight confidentiality terms, and healthcare organizations operate under HIPAA, which applies nationwide. Our default is to keep controlled technical data and protected health information out of a project unless a written agreement and a suitable environment are in place first. SOC 2 is a common customer expectation in vendor reviews. We hold no SOC 2 or any other certification and never imply otherwise; we build to the controls your review asks for, document them and work inside your cloud accounts. None of this is legal advice.

  • Scope first: we agree in writing which data a project may touch before any connection is made.
  • Data minimization: only the fields a task needs reach a model.
  • Traceability: logs show what an agent read, decided and sent.
  • Your cloud, your keys: systems run in your accounts and repositories, not ours.

How an engagement works

Arizona projects tend to follow three stages. We begin with the AI Readiness Sprint, mapping workflows, data and systems, ranking use cases by value and risk and handing you a plan you can use with any vendor. The build comes next, priced per solution and not per hour, with demos at a steady cadence on Arizona time and code in your repositories from the first commit. Once live, AgentOps provides monitoring, evaluation, model updates and incident response. Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.

What remote delivery means for an Arizona team

We do not operate an Arizona office, we have no local staff and we will not suggest otherwise. Our engineers work from Colombia, join your calls on video and deliver through your repositories and ticketing tools. For document, data and software work that is a sound arrangement: experienced engineers, a fixed two-hour offset and a single accountable owner. If the work requires someone standing in a cleanroom, a clinic or a warehouse, you need a local integrator. If it depends on clear scope, quick iteration and software that keeps working after go-live, we can help.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have an Arizona office or staff?

No. Cloudsoft Industries LLC is a Delaware company and our engineering team works remotely from Colombia. We join your calls on video and work through your repositories. If you need people physically on site, we are not the right fit.

How does the time difference work with Arizona?

Most of Arizona does not observe daylight saving (the Navajo Nation does) and neither does Colombia, so for most of Arizona Colombia is always 2 hours ahead. A 9:00 a.m. meeting in Phoenix is 11:00 a.m. in Colombia all year, and recurring meetings never need to move twice a year.

Can you work with export-controlled or defense-related data?

Not by default. We keep controlled technical data out of a project unless a written agreement and a suitable environment are in place first, and we involve your compliance team early. We do not provide legal advice.

How much does AI development cost for an Arizona company?

Pricing is the same wherever you are: the AI Readiness Sprint is $4,500, AI agents start at $18,000, AI workflow automation at $8,000 per workflow, AI integration and RAG at $15,000 and AgentOps at $1,500/month. The Sprint tells you which apply.

Who owns the code and how are we billed?

Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.
