What we built.
We built a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a drag-and-drop visual builder, GPT-4-powered agents with conversational memory, a Kanban-style CRM with lead scoring, segmented broadcasting and a real-time analytics dashboard. Scalable architecture with bank-grade encryption and SOC 2 Type II.

MasiBot operates today as a SaaS product with plans starting at US$7.99/month, integrations with OpenAI, WhatsApp Business API and an ecosystem of business tools. It supports more than 50 languages and maintains 99.9% uptime.
MasiBot starts from a simple question: why do Latin American SMBs keep losing sales on WhatsApp because they cannot respond on time? We built the platform from zero, including product, engineering and infrastructure, for sales teams that need to automate without losing a human tone.
The core is a no-code visual builder: anyone on the team can create a conversational flow with conditional logic, API integrations and human handoff when needed.
