AI agents and automation for Texas companies, built remotely on Central hours.
We work with companies across Texas on AI agents, AI workflow automation and AI integration. Cloudsoft Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We serve clients worldwide; our engineering team works from Colombia (UTC-5). We have no Texas office and no on-site staff, so this page spells out how remote delivery fits Central time, the Texas privacy statute and the industries that keep the state's economy moving.
Book a scoping call →Who we work with in Texas
Texas is several economies stitched together, and the AI work changes from one metro to the next. Houston is built around energy, petrochemicals, the ship channel and a large medical district, so the paperwork is field tickets, maintenance logs, vendor invoices, permits and clinical administration. Dallas–Fort Worth concentrates corporate headquarters, banks, insurers, real-estate firms and the distribution centers that feed them. Austin is where software, hardware and startup teams want AI inside products and agents running support and revenue operations. San Antonio mixes healthcare, military-linked contractors, insurance and a growing cybersecurity community. El Paso sits on the border and lives on cross-border trade, customs documentation and maquiladora supply chains. Across the state, the AI work we scope usually starts in one of five industries.
- Energy: field-ticket and invoice matching, maintenance-log summaries, permit and compliance document tracking, vendor onboarding.
- Healthcare: referral and intake handling, prior-authorization paperwork, scheduling follow-up, policy search with human review.
- Logistics and trade: freight-exception handling, customs and bill-of-lading extraction, carrier communication, cross-border document checks.
- Technology: support triage, account research, in-product AI features, internal knowledge search.
- Financial services: loan and claims document intake, KYC paperwork checks, policy and procedure assistants, reconciliations.
What we build for Texas teams
Three solutions cover most requests from Texas companies, and each has its own page with use cases tied to the state's industries. AI agents are software workers that read a request, choose the next step, call your tools and hand off to a person when they should; they start at $18,000. AI workflow automation turns a repeated, rules-heavy process into a monitored workflow and starts at $8,000 per workflow. AI integration and RAG connects language models to your documents, databases and systems so answers come from your data and respect permissions; it starts at $15,000. Ahead of any of them we suggest the AI Readiness Sprint at $4,500, a short engagement that ranks use cases and says plainly which are not worth building. Our guides compare buying versus building and platforms versus custom code if you are still deciding.
- AI agents for Texas businesses: from $18,000.
- AI workflow automation for Texas teams: from $8,000 per workflow.
- AI integration and RAG for Texas companies: from $15,000.
- AI Readiness Sprint: $4,500. AgentOps after launch: $1,500/month.
Working hours: Texas and Colombia
Most of Texas runs on Central time, and Colombia stays on UTC-5 all year with no clock change. In winter, when Texas is on Central Standard Time, Colombia is 1 hour ahead. In summer, when Texas is on Central Daylight Time, the two clocks show the same hour. A 9:00 a.m. Central meeting is 10:00 a.m. in Colombia in winter and 9:00 a.m. in summer. That means almost the whole Texas workday overlaps with ours, which is the practical advantage of working with a team in Colombia from Houston, Dallas or Austin. The far west of the state, including El Paso, observes Mountain time, so Colombia is 2 hours ahead there in winter and 1 hour ahead in summer. We schedule remote delivery on your business hours and agree a communication rhythm in week one.
| Season | Texas (Central) | Colombia (UTC-5) | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Winter (Central Standard Time, November to March) | 9:00 a.m. | 10:00 a.m. | Colombia is 1 hour ahead |
| Summer (Central Daylight Time, March to November) | 9:00 a.m. | 9:00 a.m. | Same clock time |
For El Paso and far-west Texas on Mountain time, add one hour to the difference.
Data and compliance context in Texas
Texas has its own comprehensive privacy statute, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). In broad terms it gives Texas consumers rights to access, correct and delete their personal data and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale and profiling, and it expects businesses to run data protection assessments for higher-risk activity, including processing sensitive data. For an AI system that means deciding which personal data a model should ever see, what ends up in logs and vector indexes, how long it is kept and how a deletion request reaches every copy. In healthcare, HIPAA applies nationwide, and energy and industrial clients usually add their own rules about what touches operational systems. We hold no SOC 2 or any other certification and never imply otherwise; we build to the controls your security review asks for, document them and work inside your cloud accounts. None of this is legal advice.
- Data minimization: only the fields a task needs are sent to a model.
- Assessments you can show: data flows documented so your counsel can review higher-risk processing.
- Human review on decisions that affect people, with an audit trail of what the agent saw and did.
- Your cloud, your keys: systems run in your accounts and repositories, not ours.
How an engagement works
Texas engagements follow three stages. The AI Readiness Sprint comes first: we map workflows, data and systems, rank candidate use cases by value and risk and hand you a build plan you can take to any vendor. The build follows, priced per solution rather than per hour, with demos on a fixed cadence in Central time and code in your repositories from the first commit. After launch, AgentOps covers monitoring, evaluation, prompt and model updates and incident response. Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.
| Stage | What happens | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| AI Readiness Sprint | Use-case ranking, data and systems review, build plan | $4,500 |
| AI agents | Agent design, tool integration, evaluation, launch | $18,000 |
| AI workflow automation | One monitored workflow, built and handed over | $8,000 per workflow |
| AI integration and RAG | Grounded answers over your documents and systems | $15,000 |
| AgentOps | Monitoring, evaluation, updates, incident response | $1,500/month |
What remote delivery means for a Texas team
We do not have a Texas office, local staff or any plan to pretend otherwise. Our engineers work from Colombia, join your calls on video and ship through your repositories and ticketing tools. For most AI projects that is a sensible trade: senior people on near-identical hours and one accountable owner for the result. If your project needs people physically inside a plant, a refinery floor or a clinic, a local integrator is the honest answer. If it depends on tight scope, quick iteration and systems that keep working after go-live, that is the work we do.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a Texas office or team?
No. Cloudsoft Industries LLC is a Delaware company and our engineering team works remotely from Colombia. We join your Central-time calls on video and work through your repositories. If you need someone physically on site, we are not the right fit.
How does the time difference work with Central time?
Colombia is 1 hour ahead of Central time in winter and on the same clock in summer. A 9:00 a.m. Central meeting is 10:00 a.m. in Colombia in winter and 9:00 a.m. in summer, so your whole working day overlaps with ours. In El Paso, on Mountain time, Colombia is 2 hours ahead in winter and 1 hour ahead in summer.
Can you build AI systems that account for the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act?
We design for it: minimal data sent to models, retention limits, deletion that reaches logs and indexes and documented data flows for the assessments your counsel may need. We do not provide legal advice, so we work alongside your lawyers.
How much does AI development cost for a Texas company?
Pricing is the same wherever you are: the AI Readiness Sprint is $4,500, AI agents start at $18,000, AI workflow automation at $8,000 per workflow, AI integration and RAG at $15,000 and AgentOps at $1,500/month. The Sprint tells you which you need.
Who owns the code and how are we billed?
Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.
