AI agents and automation for Washington companies, built remotely on Pacific hours.
We work with companies across Washington State on AI agents, AI workflow automation and AI integration. Cloudsoft Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We serve clients worldwide; our engineering team works from Colombia (UTC-5). We have no Seattle studio and no staff on the ground in the state, so this page explains plainly how remote delivery works for Puget Sound schedules, for Washington's health-data law and for the industries that anchor the regional economy.

Washington's economy is unusually concentrated around a few kinds of operations, and each one produces a different AI backlog. Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond are home to cloud platforms, enterprise software and the startups that build on them, where the pressure is to ship AI features and to keep support and sales operations lean. Aerospace and advanced manufacturing sit in the corridor north and south of Puget Sound, with long supplier chains, engineering documentation and quality paperwork. Seattle and Tacoma are also centers for hospitals, research institutes and clinics. Maritime logistics runs through the shared harbors of Seattle and Tacoma, where cargo, drayage and customs documents move constantly. Retail and e-commerce teams, from Seattle brands to marketplace sellers, deal with catalogs, returns and customer messages at volume. East of the Cascades, Spokane adds regional healthcare, manufacturing and professional-services firms. We usually start with one of these five industries.
- Cloud and software: support triage, usage and billing checks, AI features inside the product, internal knowledge search for engineering and sales.
- Aerospace: supplier-document checks, engineering change tracking, quality and nonconformance paperwork, specification search.
- Healthcare: intake and referral handling, scheduling, policy search and administrative work, always with human review.
- Maritime logistics: container and cargo exceptions, terminal and carrier messages, customs and bill-of-lading extraction.
- Retail and e-commerce: catalog enrichment, returns and review handling, supplier onboarding and customer messaging.
What we build for Washington teams
Three solutions cover nearly every request we see from Washington companies, and each has its own page with scenarios for the state's industries. AI agents are software workers that read a request, choose the next step, call your tools and pass the case to a person when they should; they start at $18,000. AI workflow automation turns a repeated, rules-heavy process such as an approval, a handoff or a reconciliation into a monitored workflow, from $8,000 per workflow. AI integration and RAG connects language models to your documents, databases and internal systems so answers are grounded in your data and respect permissions; it starts at $15,000. For teams that are not yet sure where to begin, the AI Readiness Sprint at $4,500 ranks candidate use cases and says which ones are not worth building. Our guides on building versus buying AI and on the cost of an agent explain how we think about those choices.
- AI agents for Washington businesses: from $18,000.
- AI workflow automation for Washington teams: from $8,000 per workflow.
- AI integration and RAG for Washington companies: from $15,000.
- AI Readiness Sprint: $4,500. AgentOps after launch: $1,500/month.
Working hours: Washington and Colombia
Washington sits in the Pacific time zone and observes daylight saving time, while Colombia stays on UTC-5 all year. The result is a three-hour lead for Colombia during Pacific Standard Time and a two-hour lead during Pacific Daylight Time. A 10:00 a.m. Seattle meeting is 1:00 p.m. in Colombia in winter and noon in summer. For a Washington team, that means the first half of your day overlaps with the afternoon of ours, which is when reviews, demos and incident calls are easiest to hold. Anything you ask for at the end of your day is picked up on our next morning, so progress is waiting when you open your laptop. We confirm a meeting rhythm in the first week and keep it stable across the clock changes in March and November, when the gap shifts by one hour.
| Season | Washington (Pacific) | Colombia (UTC-5) | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Winter (Pacific Standard Time, November to March) | 10:00 a.m. | 1:00 p.m. | Colombia is 3 hours ahead |
| Summer (Pacific Daylight Time, March to November) | 10:00 a.m. | 12:00 noon | Colombia is 2 hours ahead |
Data and compliance context in Washington
Washington approaches privacy differently from many states, and the difference matters for AI. The My Health My Data Act governs consumer health data, a category broader than what traditional health-privacy rules cover, and it carries consent requirements that can reach businesses outside conventional healthcare, such as a retailer or an app that handles health-related information. If your AI system touches that kind of data, decide early what is collected, why, who can see it and how it is deleted, and review the design with your counsel. HIPAA still applies nationwide to covered entities and their business associates. Enterprise buyers in the cloud and software sector will also ask for SOC 2 reports from vendors. We do not hold SOC 2 or any other certification, and we never imply otherwise; we build to the controls your security review specifies, document them and operate inside your cloud accounts. None of this is legal advice.
- Consent-aware design: systems that handle health-related data record why it was collected and who may use it.
- Minimal exposure: only the fields a task needs reach a model, and prompts and logs are scrubbed of identifiers where possible.
- Deletion that propagates through logs, caches and vector indexes.
- Your cloud, your keys: the system runs in your accounts and repositories, not ours.
How an engagement works
Washington engagements follow a simple arc. The AI Readiness Sprint comes first: we map workflows, data and systems, rank use cases by value and risk and hand you a build plan you can take to any vendor. The build is priced by solution rather than by the hour, with demos on a fixed cadence in Pacific time and code in your repositories from the first commit. Once the system is live, AgentOps covers monitoring, evaluation, prompt and model updates and incident response. Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.
| Stage | What happens | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| AI Readiness Sprint | Use-case ranking, data and systems review, build plan | $4,500 |
| AI agents | Agent design, tool integration, evaluation, launch | $18,000 |
| AI workflow automation | One monitored workflow, built and handed over | $8,000 per workflow |
| AI integration and RAG | Grounded answers over your documents and systems | $15,000 |
| AgentOps | Monitoring, evaluation, updates, incident response | $1,500/month |
What remote delivery means in Washington
We have no Seattle base, no local employees and no intention of implying otherwise. The engineering team works from Colombia, joins your calls on video and ships through your repositories and ticketing tools. For software, data and automation work, that arrangement gives a Washington team senior engineers during its working day and a single accountable owner for the result. If a project requires people physically inside a hangar, terminal or clinic, a local firm is the honest choice. If it depends on a well-defined scope, quick iteration and systems that keep running after launch, that is the work we do.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a Seattle location or any presence in Washington?
No. Cloudsoft Industries LLC is a Delaware company and our engineering team works remotely from Colombia. We attend your calls on video and work inside your repositories. If you need someone on site, we are not the right fit.
How does the time difference work for a Seattle team?
Colombia is 3 hours ahead of Washington during Pacific Standard Time and 2 hours ahead during Pacific Daylight Time. A 10:00 a.m. Seattle call is 1:00 p.m. in Colombia in winter and noon in summer, so your morning overlaps with our afternoon.
Can you build AI that handles data covered by the My Health My Data Act?
We can design for it: consent-aware data flows, minimal fields sent to models, retention limits and deletion that reaches logs and indexes. We do not give legal advice, so we work alongside your counsel and document the flows they need to review.
Do you hold a SOC 2 report?
No. We hold no SOC 2 or other certification. We build to the controls your security review asks for, document them and run the system inside your own cloud accounts.
What does AI development cost for a Washington company?
Pricing does not depend on location: the AI Readiness Sprint is $4,500, AI agents start at $18,000, AI workflow automation at $8,000 per workflow, AI integration and RAG at $15,000, and AgentOps at $1,500/month.
