New Jersey

AI agents and automation for New Jersey companies, built remotely on Eastern hours.

We work with companies across New Jersey on AI agents, AI workflow automation and AI integration. Cloudsoft Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We serve clients worldwide; our engineering team works from Colombia (UTC-5). There is no New Jersey branch and no on-site staff, so this page explains plainly how remote delivery fits the state's pharmaceutical, financial, logistics and healthcare operations, and what it means for regulated data.

Who we work with in New Jersey

We work with companies across New Jersey, and the shape of the work changes with the corridor. Around Princeton and the Route 1 belt, pharmaceutical and life sciences companies carry some of the heaviest document loads in the country: regulatory submissions, batch and quality records, supplier qualifications, medical-information inquiries and clinical-operations paperwork. Newark and Jersey City sit across the river from Manhattan, and their financial-services back offices run reconciliations, onboarding files, trade-support queues and client reporting that still depend on email and spreadsheets. Close to Port Newark and the highway network that feeds the Northeast, logistics and warehousing operators juggle bills of lading, appointment windows and carrier exceptions all day. Trenton adds state-government vendors and public-sector contractors, and Camden adds hospital systems and health-related services. Telecommunications companies with large customer-operations teams round out the picture. The AI work we scope usually starts in one of these five industries.

  • Pharmaceuticals and life sciences: regulatory-document assembly, quality-record review, medical-information inquiry handling, supplier-qualification paperwork.
  • Financial services: client-onboarding file checks, reconciliation breaks, trade-support queues, reporting packs with reviewer sign-off.
  • Logistics: shipment-exception triage, bill-of-lading and customs-document extraction, carrier and warehouse communication.
  • Healthcare: referral and intake handling, prior-authorization paperwork, scheduling, policy search with human review.
  • Telecommunications: customer-case triage, order-status research, field-service dispatch notes and knowledge search for agents.

What we build for New Jersey teams

Three solutions cover most requests from New Jersey companies, and each has its own page with use cases for the state's industries. AI agents are software workers that read a request, decide on the next step, call your tools and hand off to a person when they should; they start at $18,000. AI workflow automation turns a repeated, rules-heavy process such as a quality-record handoff, a reconciliation or an approval into a monitored workflow, and starts at $8,000 per workflow. AI integration and RAG connects language models to your own documents, databases and systems so answers are grounded in your data with permissions respected; it starts at $15,000. Before any of them we recommend the AI Readiness Sprint at $4,500, a short scoping engagement that ranks use cases and tells you honestly which ones are not worth building.

  • AI agents for New Jersey businesses: from $18,000.
  • AI workflow automation for New Jersey teams: from $8,000 per workflow.
  • AI integration and RAG for New Jersey companies: from $15,000.
  • AI Readiness Sprint: $4,500. AgentOps after launch: $1,500/month.

Working hours: New Jersey and Colombia

Colombia is on UTC-5 all year and does not change its clocks, while New Jersey moves between Eastern Standard Time and Eastern Daylight Time. In winter the two share exactly the same clock, so a 9:00 a.m. standup in Newark is 9:00 a.m. in Colombia. From spring to autumn New Jersey is one hour ahead, so the same standup is 8:00 a.m. for the team in Colombia. Either way the full New Jersey business day sits inside our working day, which suits teams that start early to catch pre-market activity or port-driven shipping windows. We schedule remote delivery on your business hours, and we agree on a communication rhythm in week one, including who is paged when a production workflow needs attention.

Data and compliance context in New Jersey

Much of the AI work in New Jersey touches regulated information. Pharmaceutical and healthcare teams handle protected health information, so HIPAA applies nationwide and any connection to patient or trial data needs written handling terms before anything is wired up. Financial-services teams answer to their own supervisors and clients, and the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley safeguards expectations show up in almost every vendor questionnaire. New Jersey has also enacted a consumer data privacy law, so confirm with counsel which obligations apply to your business and to the vendors that process data for it. SOC 2 reports are a common customer expectation in these sectors. We do not hold SOC 2 or any other certification, and we never imply otherwise; we build to the controls your security review asks for, document them and work inside your cloud accounts. None of this is legal advice.

  • Data minimization: only the fields a task needs are sent to a model, with identifiers masked where the task allows.
  • Auditability: every document an agent read and every action it took is logged for quality and compliance review.
  • Human sign-off on anything that leaves the company or affects a patient, a client account or a regulated record.
  • Your cloud, your keys: the system runs in your accounts and repositories, not in ours.

How an engagement works

Most New Jersey engagements follow three stages. We start with the AI Readiness Sprint, where we map your workflows, data and systems, rank candidate use cases by value and risk, and give you a build plan you can take to any vendor. Next comes the build, priced by solution rather than by the hour, with demos on a fixed cadence in your time zone and code in your repositories from the first commit. After launch, AgentOps keeps the system healthy with monitoring, evaluation, prompt and model updates, and incident response. Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.

What remote delivery means for a New Jersey team

We have no New Jersey branch, no local staff on the ground and no plans to present ourselves as if we did. The team works from Colombia, joins your calls on video and ships through your repositories and ticketing tools. For most AI work that is a good trade: senior engineers on Eastern hours and one clear owner for the outcome. Because New Jersey sits so close to the New York market, many teams already work with distributed partners and are comfortable with video-first delivery. If your project depends on people being physically in your building, a different partner is the honest answer. If it depends on clear scope, fast iteration and systems that keep working after launch, that is the work we do.

Frequently asked questions

Do you have a New Jersey presence?

No. Cloudsoft Industries LLC is a Delaware company and our engineering team works remotely from Colombia. We join your Eastern-time calls on video and work through your repositories. If you need someone physically on site, we are not the right fit.

How does the time difference work with New Jersey?

In winter Colombia and New Jersey share the same clock. From spring to autumn New Jersey is one hour ahead, so a 9:00 a.m. Eastern meeting is 8:00 a.m. in Colombia. Your entire business day falls inside our working day.

Can you work with pharmaceutical or healthcare data?

Yes, carefully. We agree handling terms in writing before connecting any protected health information, send only the fields a task needs, keep an audit trail and put a human review step in front of regulated outputs. We hold no certifications, so we work to the controls your security team requires.

How much does AI development cost for a New Jersey company?

Pricing is the same wherever you are: the AI Readiness Sprint is $4,500, AI agents start at $18,000, AI workflow automation at $8,000 per workflow, AI integration and RAG at $15,000, and AgentOps at $1,500/month.

Who owns the code and how are we billed?

Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.
