AI agents and automation for Pennsylvania companies, built remotely on Eastern hours.
We work with companies across Pennsylvania on AI agents, AI workflow automation and AI integration. Cloudsoft Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We serve clients worldwide; our engineering team works from Colombia (UTC-5). We have no Pennsylvania branch and no on-site staff, so this page explains plainly how remote delivery works for the Eastern clock, for the state's hospital systems and universities, and for the plants, utilities and warehouses that keep the Commonwealth moving.
Book a scoping call →Who we work with in Pennsylvania
We work with companies across Pennsylvania, and the work looks different on each side of the state. Philadelphia and its suburbs combine hospital networks, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, contract research organizations, universities and a long-established financial and insurance community. Pittsburgh has reinvented itself around health systems, higher education, robotics, advanced manufacturing and the energy business that grew up around the natural gas fields of the western and northern counties. Harrisburg anchors state government and the vendors that serve it, and the highway corridors around it are lined with distribution centers. Allentown and the Lehigh Valley mix warehousing, food production and light manufacturing, while Erie keeps a strong tradition in heavy equipment, plastics and metalworking. Across all of these, the common thread is paperwork that crosses systems: referrals, grant files, purchase orders, maintenance logs and compliance reports. Our scoping work usually begins in one of the industries below.
- Healthcare and life sciences: referral and prior-authorization packets, trial-site documentation, protocol and policy search, scheduling follow-up with clinician review.
- Education: admissions and financial-aid case handling, research-grant paperwork, student-services inboxes, course and policy knowledge search.
- Manufacturing: supplier quality documents, work-order and maintenance-log summaries, engineering change requests, purchase-order matching.
- Energy: field-report intake, permitting and regulatory filings, land and lease documents, vendor invoices and contractor compliance checks.
- Financial services: account-servicing requests, document intake for lending and claims, internal policy lookup, reconciliation queues.
What we build for Pennsylvania teams
Three solutions cover most requests from Pennsylvania organizations, and each has a dedicated page with use cases for the state's industries. AI agents are software workers that read a request, choose the next step, call your tools and pass the case to a person when they should; they start at $18,000. AI workflow automation turns a repeated, rules-heavy process into a monitored workflow and starts at $8,000 per workflow. AI integration and RAG connects language models to your own documents, databases and internal systems so answers are grounded in your data and respect your permissions; it starts at $15,000. Most teams begin with the AI Readiness Sprint at $4,500, a short engagement that ranks use cases and says honestly which ones are not worth building. Our guides compare building an agent against buying one, and automation platforms against custom code, if you are still weighing options.
- AI agents for Pennsylvania businesses: from $18,000.
- AI workflow automation for Pennsylvania teams: from $8,000 per workflow.
- AI integration and RAG for Pennsylvania companies: from $15,000.
- AI Readiness Sprint: $4,500. AgentOps after launch: $1,500/month.
Working hours: Pennsylvania and Colombia
Pennsylvania follows Eastern Time, and Colombia stays on UTC-5 all year with no clock changes. In winter, when Pennsylvania is on Eastern Standard Time, the two clocks read exactly the same. In summer, when Pennsylvania moves to Eastern Daylight Time, Colombia is one hour behind. A 9:00 a.m. standup in Pittsburgh is 9:00 a.m. in Colombia in January and 8:00 a.m. in July. Because the offset is at most one hour, almost your entire business day overlaps with ours: design reviews, demos, stakeholder calls and incident response can happen at whatever hour suits your team, without the early-morning or late-evening compromises that come with working across larger gaps. We agree on a communication rhythm in week one and keep it.
| Season | Pennsylvania (Eastern) | Colombia (UTC-5) | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Winter (Eastern Standard Time, November to March) | 9:00 a.m. | 9:00 a.m. | Same clock |
| Summer (Eastern Daylight Time, March to November) | 9:00 a.m. | 8:00 a.m. | Colombia is 1 hour behind |
Data and compliance context in Pennsylvania
Many Pennsylvania organizations handle data that is regulated whatever state it sits in. Hospitals, physician groups and the vendors that serve them operate under HIPAA, which applies nationwide. Universities handle student records and research data with their own obligations. Banks, lenders and insurers work under federal financial-privacy rules and their regulators' expectations. Pennsylvania also has a breach-notification statute that sets out what a business must do when personal information is exposed, which is a good reason to be deliberate about what personal data an AI system is allowed to see and where it gets stored. Procurement teams frequently ask vendors about SOC 2. We do not hold SOC 2 or any other certification, and we never imply otherwise; instead we build to the controls your security review asks for, document the data flows, and work inside your own cloud accounts. None of this is legal advice, and your counsel should review the design.
- Data minimization: a model receives only the fields a task needs.
- Clear retention rules for logs, caches and vector indexes, so records do not accumulate unnoticed.
- Human review for any output that affects a patient, a student, a borrower or a policyholder, with an audit trail.
- Your cloud, your keys: systems run in your accounts and repositories.
Where a first project usually starts
A Pennsylvania engagement rarely begins with a grand platform. It begins with one process that is painful, frequent and well understood by the people who do it. In a health system that might be the intake packet that arrives as a scanned fax and has to be keyed into three systems. At a university it could be the financial-aid inbox that spikes every term. At a Lehigh Valley distributor it could be matching carrier invoices against receiving records, and at an energy services firm it could be gathering the documents a regulatory filing needs. We look for the work that has a clear trigger, a clear owner and a way to measure whether it improved. Starting small keeps risk low and gives your team a working reference before you decide what to build next.
How an engagement works
Most Pennsylvania engagements follow three stages. The AI Readiness Sprint maps your workflows, data and systems, ranks candidate use cases by value and risk, and produces a build plan you can take to any vendor. The build is priced by solution rather than by the hour, with demos on a fixed cadence in Eastern time and code in your repositories from the first commit. After launch, AgentOps keeps the system healthy through monitoring, evaluation, prompt and model updates, and incident response. Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.
| Stage | What happens | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| AI Readiness Sprint | Use-case ranking, data and systems review, build plan | $4,500 |
| AI agents | Agent design, tool integration, evaluation, launch | $18,000 |
| AI workflow automation | One monitored workflow, built and handed over | $8,000 per workflow |
| AI integration and RAG | Grounded answers over your documents and systems | $15,000 |
| AgentOps | Monitoring, evaluation, updates, incident response | $1,500/month |
What remote delivery means for a Pennsylvania team
We have no Pennsylvania branch, no local staff on the ground and no intention of presenting ourselves as if we did. The team works from Colombia, joins your meetings on video and ships through your repositories and ticketing tools. For most AI work that is a sensible trade: senior engineers on nearly your own clock and one accountable owner for the outcome. If your project depends on people standing in your plant or hospital, a different partner is the honest answer. If it depends on clear scope, quick iteration and systems that keep working after launch, that is the work we do.
Frequently asked questions
Do you have a Pennsylvania presence?
No. Cloudsoft Industries LLC is a Delaware company and our engineering team works remotely from Colombia. We join your calls on video and work through your repositories. If you need someone physically on site, we are not the right fit.
How does the time difference work with Eastern time?
In winter the clocks are identical. In summer Colombia is one hour behind Pennsylvania, so a 9:00 a.m. Eastern meeting is 8:00 a.m. in Colombia. Nearly the whole business day overlaps.
Can you work with healthcare data under HIPAA?
We can, under terms agreed in writing before any health data is connected. Systems pass only the fields a task needs, keep an audit trail and send anything affecting a patient to human review. We hold no certifications, and your counsel should review the design.
How much does AI development cost for a Pennsylvania company?
Pricing is the same wherever you are: the AI Readiness Sprint is $4,500, AI agents start at $18,000, AI workflow automation at $8,000 per workflow, AI integration and RAG at $15,000, and AgentOps at $1,500/month.
Who owns the code and how are we billed?
Contracts and invoicing in USD through Cloudsoft Industries LLC (Delaware). Clients own 100% of the code and IP once each milestone is paid. Code lives in the client's repositories from day one. Mutual NDA available.
